2017 Pink Pig Visit

For the 4th year in a row  we made a visit to the Macy's Pink Pig, oink! oink!!
Don't be scared, yes that is a Christmas Tree up!!
I have slowly been pulling décor out getting ready for the best time of the year!! I can't wait to show you soon!!
But back to the pig! In the past I have gotten the girls super cute monogrammed pig dresses, but its not cheap to do that! So this year I went a little cheaper and the girls loved them, matching Peppa Pig dresses from Amazon. It was still warm that day so the sleeveless dress worked great with pink leggings. Pretty in pink XOXO
We got our pink on and we are ready to roll!!
A huge Pricilla inflatable outside the ride!
For any of you who are not familiar with The Pink Pig, here is a little history on the ride that started at Rich's and is now at Macy's (straight from Wikipedia):

Beginning in 1948, the Rich's department store put a large pine tree atop its flagship downtown Atlanta store, lighting it on Thanksgiving night. The idea was conceived by head of advertising Frank Pallotta. Later, the tree was perched atop the four-story "Crystal Bridge" that connected the original Rich's department store with a new building addition on the opposite side of Forsyth Street. With the tree on the roof of the complex, combined with its tall height, the Great Tree could be seen for tens of miles outside the downtown district of Atlanta. It was visible for decades, until Rich's downtown store closed in mid-1991 and the tree was moved to a smaller, less-imposing spot in Underground Atlanta. From there it was later moved to Lenox Square mall, but neither location provided as spectacular a view of the tree as when it stood on the Crystal Bridge.
The ride sits 2 people per car so Taylor sat in from while I sat next to Coco!
Here I am with Nicole!!
I like going in November when it opens to avoid the lines and traffic, we really lucked out this time and the girls got to ride multiple times since no one was behind us...SCORE!!
The Pink Ladies!!
I am one blessed Mommy for sure!
We have lots of fun things planned from now thru December, love this time of the year!!
If you live in Atlanta take a trip to The Pink Pig, its so much fun!!
