Microblading and Baseball in Athens

Good afternoon friends, its been so crazy here around work today, the end of the month seems to make it even crazier!! Is your job like that? Everyone needs to close for the end of the month? But on to way more fun things!! About 2 weeks ago now my Mom and I went on our first micro blading adventure and it was awesome!! Micro blading is really popular right now and I can see why, its close to an eyebrow tattoo if I had to explain it. Its really great for those women who have very light or almost no eyebrow hair. A big relief for those who take a lot of time every morning to pencil in their brows.
For many years my Mom has dealt with very light eyebrows and used make up every morning to fill them in, I think she said it would take about 30 minutes every day. She did a lot of research and found Brows By Milly located in Johns Creek, close to our house. If you are interested their address is:

9700 Medlock Bridge Rd, Duluth, GA 30097

I can't say enough great things about them, very professional and sweet. The entire process took about 2 hours and my Mom, who does have a high pain tolerance, said it was not bad. They use lots of numbing crème to help. My Mom was able to talk throughout the process (but she also did child birth naturally, so she is tough!!!!).
If you follow me on Instastories I posted clips throughout the process, it went very smooth and my Mom said the recovery has been easy. So the results are in, here is the after!! Drumroll please.....

Beautiful right?!?!?!?
Mom is thrilled with the results and she looks so good!!! She goes back this summer for a check up. I am so happy she did it, it is a little expensive but if its something you really want, I say its totally worth it!!!

Silly girls!!
We headed to Athens the other weekend to cheer on the Diamond Dawgs at their baseball game!
Lucky us even one some pizza!!!
Check out Nicole's monogram bulldog tee, so cute, Taylor has a matching one!
It was hot and humid so water was a most, along with some popcorn and hot dogs!!
The Kee Family cheering on The Dawgs!
Granddaddy and Uncle G!!
After the game Uncle G treated Taylor to some Chick Fil A as a special PreK graduation gift, she has a blast!! Thanks G!!

May Kitchen Table, Yummy Corn Dip and What I Wore

Happy Tuesday friends, who doesn't love when the first day of the work week is not a Monday...I sure do! I hope you had a relaxing and fun Memorial Day weekend!! I am a little late on sharing this, but I wanted to share my décor on my kitchen table for May before June starts just this week!!
Since May is all things spring and Mother's, I used as many flowers and feminine touches that I could find! The pretty blue flower garland came from Ebay and all the other items I have had for a few years now!

The butterfly Lenox mugs were a wedding gift and the hello spring sign came from the Target dollar spot.
The birdhouse came from Lakeside Collection and the spring wood sign was another Target dollar bin find.
Only got a few bucks and need a yummy dip?! Then you will love this cheap and easy corn dip!
Hot Black Bean & Corn Dip
Ingredients:
-15 ox yellow corn drained
-15 oz black beans drained
-10 oz Rotel drained
-8 oz cream cheese
-1 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1 cup Fiesta cheese

Mix all together, put in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 min, serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!!
A little late on sharing this, but for teacher appreciation week I put together these Calgon bath bubble and a cute little printable, take me away!
With warm temps here I am getting to wear a lot of my summer dresses I love, this one came from Target and I paired it with a white bead necklace from Ebay.
I wore this Walmart dress to Taylor's soccer game, I think white shoes and a dress look super sporty!
This is a new dress I purchased from Walmart for Taylor's graduation, I love the baby blue flowers against the black.
This was a Pinterest inspired outfit, I already had all the items but it game me a new way to pair them, shop your closet!
Next best thing to being by an actual palm tree might be wearing palm leaves! This top came from Shein.com and the pencil skirt from Amazon, they have a huge variety of colors!
This vintage Lilly P top came from Ebay and I paired it with my bright yellow pencil skirt, when I walked in the elevator a gentleman said "you are quite bright!"

 Whale! Whale! Whale!
What do we have here, a sparkly whale shirt for the win?!
This cute top came from Shein.com.
Gearing up for the Memorial Day weekend I got my Old Navy red white and blue top with my Dixie Delights necklace and bracelet!
Coco is ready to start the Memorial Day holiday!!! Little cutie!

Muffins with Mom & Soccer Pizza Party

Last Friday morning, the girls daycare treated all the Moms to some lovely muffins, juice and sweet gifts for Mother's Day, it was so nice!
With my loves!!
With the girl that made me a Mommy XOXO
This All About My Mommy sheet was AWESOME!
Taylor thinks I am 40 and my favorite thing is watching her Ipad :-)
She did get my favorite color!! Love my girl!
I always have a lot of anxiety dropping off the girls in the morning, usually Daddy does it. I have had to walk away from a screaming kid and its SO HARD. But this morning went good! Although she was not smiling she didn't cry when I had to leave, GO COCO!!! Such a big girls!!
I cherish all these sweet gifts, I will keep them forever XOXO
That Friday was also Taylor's last soccer practice so we went to our local pizza place for dinner and ran into Taylor's BFF Arya!
While Taylor was excited to find Arya, Coco was excited to find her sister Avery, she sat there and ate pizza with them!
A fun Friday!! We had a blast hanging out with all the soccer parents, we are really missing all of them!
Yummy pizza!!!

Taylor's Pre K Graduation

Congrats to our Pre K Graduate, Go Taylor!! We are so very proud of our big girl and had a great time celebrating her accomplishment. She has learned so much in PreK, she is writing, knows all her letters and numbers and can do so math!! Her teachers Mrs. Meghan and Mrs. Debbie have been wonderful to her. Here are some pics from her Pre K ceremony that both sets of Grandparents came up to see!
Welcome to Pre K Celebration!
They had the café decorated so cute! That is Julianna's Dad, we pick up our girls at the same time everyday, he is so sweet!
There she is!!
The entire class did such a great job with their performance, they sang, showed us how they did the alphabet, and got this diploma!
Way to go Tay!!!
Proud Grandparents!
Special thanks to Granddaddy, Gigi, Omma and Poppie for making the trip, they came a long way and got in traffic...shocker but made it there to support Taylor!
Gigi and Omma!!
After graduation we headed back to our house for some yummy Honey Baked Ham, so good!!
I was able to use Taylor decorations from her 2nd birthday party again, talk about saving some money..YEAH!!
Our girl at 6 months and then in a cap and gown!!! XOXO
Gigi and Granddaddy headed back to Columbus that afternoon, we are so glad they came up!
I remember the first day Taylor Sara started Discovery Point, she was almost 7 months old and we had just moved from Alpharetta into Cumming, she had been going to a different daycare with Ms. Dora. Ms. Dora LOVED Taylor like her own, I remember the last day Taylor was there Ms. Dora kept giving her hugs and kisses and even a few tears. I kept wondering if this was the right thing. But with our new location this made more since and it was cheaper! But Taylor fit right into DP, she started in the infant room, starting sitting up by herself and crawling. They even potty trained her...I take NO credit. She has made many friends and her teachers love her. She will continue to go to DP so its not the end, it will just be a little different when she starts life as an after schooler. I can't say enough how grateful I am for all her teachers along the way. And how proud I am of her, she was the one I prayed for SO hard and healed my heart after the loss of our first pregnancy. She is my rainbow baby and a light in everyone's life, love ya Tay!!
