With the start of February you know I pulled out all things hearts, pink and reds!

I got this monogrammed heart tee from Etsy a few years ago and I paired it with a red sweater.

Simple and bold, just a red pencil skirt and my JCrew pink top!

More red coming at you! Just my white pencil skirt and my red Walmart polka dot top with a sweater again.

More polka dots but this time paired with some pink pants!! Hot pink!

This is my new Fairy Season Happy Valentine Ya'll baseball tee, love it!! Perfect for casual Friday!

Valentine Front Door & Chinese New Year

Welcome to our Happy Valentine's Day front door!

I order this heart door border every year from Oriental Trading Company, its all card board paper so it only stays for one season but I love it!! And its very cheap!

My Christmas flowers are still holding on and since they are red I thought they would be perfect for V-Day!

Moving from the front the back of the house, check out these super cute hanging lanterns my Mom gifted me with, I think they are from Amazon and I love them! Since this picture, I put some white candles in there :-)

Last Tuesday we celebrated the start of The Chinese New Year!
Its the year of the pig!

Of course first things first, Taylor wanted the fortune cookie!

I got these hats from Oriental Trading a few years ago and they still hold up!

Silly Coco loves some noodles!

With some yummy Low Mein, Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon, we were ready to watch Mulan!

Chick fil A Daddy Daughter Date Night

Look at that pretty girl!!

Taylor is ready for the Chick fil a Daddy Daughter Date night, her 7th one!!

With their red and pink Valentine dresses from Lolly Wolly Doodle they were excited!

So excited!!

Ringing the door bell with flowers and candy Daddy was looking sharp and ready to take the girls on a date!

Loaded up and ready to roll!!

After they left I heated up some pizza and watched 4 episodes of Sex and the City!

They dined at CFA at Avalon and a special guest was there, Mary Poppins!!

After CFA they headed to Main Event for some more fun!

Groundhog Day Breakfast & Valentine Crayons

Saturday morning we celebrated everyone's favorite groundhog, General Lee!!

What will it be General Lee?!

How about some groundhog pancakes!!

Taylor made this cute hat at school, General Lee said there would be an early spring!

Saturday afternoon we did Valentine crafting!

This cute craft came from The Memory Making Momma, you just need a silicon heart tray and a box of crayons! Take the wrappers off the crayons the break up some pieces then melt them in your oven on a cookie sheet for 15 min.

And just like that, they pop out and you have some colorful crayons!!

Happy Feet Movie Night

With Taylor picking the next movie night, we ordered some black and white food for Happy Feet!

We had Ice Blue Punch, Zebra Cakes, Klondike Bars and Black Olive pizza, all so good!

Taylor's all time favorite pizza, cheese and black olives!

The girls each got Wiggles the penguin and Catboy had fun too!

I also wanted to show ya'll my Valentine centerpiece, some beautiful fake pink roses from Home Depot in a clear vase filled with candy hearts! I saw the idea from The Memory Makin Momma and loved it!! Plus its very affordable!

New Patio and Snow Day

This was probably one of the best quiche's I've ever had, it came from Jennifer at the Memory Making Momma, its super easy and super good. If you like breakfast casserole, this is for YOU!

A few weeks ago when we came back home from Athens, this was awaiting us (and it was just days after we had our roof done and the movers moved the tent themselves...but we won't go there right now!). This tent has provided great shade in the summer time, but its also cause me a lot of nerves anything I know a storm is coming because I am afraid this will happen. So to make my life less stressful we took it down for the last night and Hubby build this...

I know we will miss the shade but I am loving the twinkle lights!! I think its a great and cheaper solution to add a little something special to your patio!

And Hubby build it all himself!

Last Tuesday was a special treat when we got out first snow day of 2019! With just few flakes it was really cold, we got to enjoy a day at home working and playing! Here is Tay ready to go outside!

Look really close and you can see some snowflakes!

Her day was MADE when she saw the snow!!

I thought this was the perfect tee for a snow day and Taylor stayed in her jammies must of the day too!

Again, having a work day were we didn't have to do the morning rush was AWESOME!!! A fun snow day in the peach state!
