I can't think of another holiday when your front door should get the best décor more then Halloween, its where all the neighborhood goblins will be stopping by for some candy! Gotta have the front looking spooktacular!!
Here are some pics of what I have up so far, don't get scared now...
Nothing really new this year except for this super cute black candelabra from Target, its very light weight and comes with a spooky cloth to wrap around it. The Trick or Treat banner came from Pottery Barn and the black cat came from Walmart! My BOO pumpkin door hanger came from Walmart years ago.
Here is a close up of scardy cat!
On the other side of the stairs is Mr. Pumpkin, I think he is 10 years old at least, he used to light up, but not he just looks good :-)
Also on the front porch is Mr. Skully, he likes to just take it easy in the rocking chair. The cute BOO pillows came from Lakeside Collection last year.
I almost forgot this scary guy!! He is a snake skeleton from Target...YUCK!!
I also tied some black chevron ribbon around the lamp posts for some darker décor.
For Father's Day this year I gifted Hubby with 2 tickets to see Trey Anastasio perform with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Although Phish is not really my favorite type of music, I think Hubby had a lot of fun.
Here is a picture inside the Woodruff Arts Center, we were a little late getting there so most of the crowd was already inside jamming out.
On Sunday Taylor and I went to church then had some fun at food truck Sunday! Our church had a couple food trucks waiting in the parking lot with some live music, tee shirt and our favorite, King of Pops!!
Taylor picked the banana pudding pop and I got chocolate sea salt, so good!
Last night I cooked this yummy and super easy casserole, we both really liked it (the girls not so much!). Here is the recipe from Pintrest:
